JAIMS is particularly characterised by its ability to search extensive knowledge databases in fractions of a second and provide relevant information. By providing company or application-specific documents such as technical data sheets, manuals, operating instructions, process documentation or maintenance documentation in vector databases, the AI agent can access all this information in real time and take it into account in its responses.
This makes JAIMS an indispensable digital assistant. Tedious searching through various documents is a thing of the past. Instead, the AI agent provides precise answers to specific questions and provides round-the-clock support in solving problems quickly.
How does JAIMS actually work?
At its core, JAIMS is an AI agent that utilises large language models (LLM) such as Chat GPT and extends these through retrieval augmented generation (RAG). This means that JAIMS accesses specific data that is securely stored in the German data centre. This combination enables very specific and technically correct answers and minimises the hallucination of the AI.
We attach great importance to security
We store the data required for the RAG process securely and encrypted in our vector databases in the German data centre. They are not used to train the AI or passed on.
